New Commission Statement Reporting Tool Now Available for Texas Producers
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas producers who are appointed and contracted can now access commission statements online using a new reporting tool for viewing, printing and saving commission reports.
The tool, called TrueInformation®', is available through Blue Access® for Producers (BAP) and provides producers with new capabilities and advantages including -
- Monthly summary and detail commission statements for group and Under-65 business
- Commission data that can be exported directly into Excel
- Multiple viewing and saving formats
- Personal preferences for using the tool
Important: Please note that both group and individual Under-65 business commissions will processed and paid on or about the 15th day of each month.
User support is in place for TrueInformation®', including the Internet Help Desk, a comprehensive user guide in Blue Access for Producers, online help in the new tool, and a pre-recorded presentation. To use the online presentation, enter your name, click "View Recording", and then select one of the viewing options.
