If you provide care to a Medicare Advantage Private Fee-for-Service (PFFS) member from an out-of-area Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) Plan, you may use this tool to view the Terms and Conditions of the member's plan. Using the tool takes you away from the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas Web site.
Please enter the Alpha Prefix (first three letters) of the member's identification number on the BCBS Medicare Advantage PFFS card and click "GO" to view the BCBS Medicare Advantage PFFS Plan's Terms & Conditions.
